Orders and delivery
What can I order?
Every design comes as a printed poster or a digital download. Posters are printed on classic matte paper in A4, A3, 30x40 cm, A2 or 50x70 cm and shipped to your door. Downloads are high resolution JPG files at 300 dpi in five print ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 and ISO (A sizes). A set is a digital download with these files for every print in the set.
How do I download my files?
Right after payment, the download link appears on your order confirmation page. We also email you the same link, so you can always find it again.
I didn't receive the email with my download link.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Please send us a message with your order number and we will send it again, usually within one working day.
Is anything shipped to me?
Only if you choose a printed poster. Posters are printed for you, locally where possible, and shipped unframed with tracking. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Digital downloads are not shipped, so there are no shipping costs. Frames are not included.
Can I download my files on my phone?
Yes, but a computer makes it easier to save and send the files to a print shop. On a phone, save the files to your Files app or cloud storage first.

Sizes, paper and print shops
Which sizes are available?
Printed posters come in A4, A3, 30x40 cm, A2 and 50x70 cm. With the digital download you can print from 4x6 inches up to 24x36 inches, and from A5 up to A2. Choose the file whose ratio matches your frame:
- 2:3: 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 in, and 20x30, 40x60 cm
- 3:4: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24 in, and 30x40 cm
- 4:5: 8x10, 16x20 in, and 40x50 cm
- 11x14: 11x14 in
- ISO: A5, A4, A3, A2
Where can I print the download?
At home on a good printer, at a local print or copy shop, or with an online print service. Simply send them the file in the ratio you need.
Which paper do you use and recommend?
Our printed posters use classic matte paper, which shows the painted texture beautifully. Printing the download yourself? Matte or lightly textured paper (around 200 to 300 gsm) gives the softest, most painterly result. Glossy paper can make the colours look harsher.
Will the colours look exactly like on my screen?
Colours can vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink and paper. A professional print shop usually gives the most true-to-colour result.
Can I print a file more than once?
Yes. You can print your files as often as you like for your own home, for example in a different size later on.

Payment, discounts and refunds
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Do you have a discount on multiple prints?
Yes. Buy any 3 prints and get 33% off, so you pay for only 2. The discount is applied automatically in your cart. Or choose a complete set for the best value.
I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Downloads are delivered instantly, so a download order cannot be cancelled once it is complete. Posters go into production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a poster order. Bought the same print twice by accident? Let us know within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered, so we do not offer refunds on downloads for a change of mind. For printed posters you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind: let us know, send the poster back undamaged and we will refund you. If a poster arrives damaged or with a print error, or a file is faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Using the prints
Licence and gifting
Can I give a print as a gift?
Of course. Order a printed poster as a gift, or print and frame the download yourself, for example for a new baby or a birthday. Please do not forward the digital files themselves.
Can I use the prints commercially?
No. The prints and files are for personal use only. You may not sell, share or reproduce them, or use them in products or for paying clients. For a commercial licence, please contact us.
Are frames included?
No. Posters are shipped unframed and the download contains digital files only. The room photos are mock-ups to show how the prints can look on your wall.
